1. Overview & Acceptance
By accessing or using IconStash (https://iconstash.io), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform.
2. Open Source Icon Licensing
IconStash serves as a search engine, customization tool, and discovery index for third-party open-source icon repositories. When you export or use vector icons:
- Each individual icon family remains governed by its respective open-source license (such as MIT, Apache 2.0, ISC, CC BY 4.0, or CC0) granted by its original creators.
- Over 94.5% of indexed icons require zero attribution for commercial or personal applications.
- For attribution-required sets (e.g. Solar Icons under CC BY 4.0), users are responsible for complying with the upstream license requirements.

3. Permitted & Prohibited Use
You are free to search, preview, customize, and export icons for any personal, commercial, educational, or open-source software project.
You agree not to engage in malicious activities against the platform, including denial-of-service attacks, automated abuse that degrades service stability, or attempts to bypass rate limits.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
IconStash and its vector search tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all third-party vector markup is error-free.
